She’s so awesome
When you go in you have to be in control and an advocate for your health. The nurse was polite. Doctor does seem to care about your health making sure you get pap,mammogram and tests. She seems proactive,but my style is preventative and herbal holistic. The office was clean but it is an older building. The reviews are far worse than the truth.
Horrible service, horrible staff. Been trying to call to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks and they make it very difficult.
Terrible office, they gave my mother a hard time. My mom had told me that she’s been trying to make a simple appointment over the phone! They put her on hold for over 45 minutes and to tell her that they are all booked up for the rest of the month. This office is a shame and should be shut down. Some people really do need help from doctors, if you need help don’t waste your time with this doctor of her staff. I just spoke to the receptionist today to schedule an appointment, and it was one of the rudest interactions I've had. I was trying to spell my name correctly because she didn’t get it right, but she seemed annoyed and in a hurry to get off the phone. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at the same office, and I’m not sure if it’s the same person, but they hung up quickly, saying 'bye!' It’s really frustrating.
