I went in yesterday to get new batteries for two of my watches, and was helped by Albert. A very friendly and professional fellow. We chatted while he worked, and offered me suggestions and advice on the watches. He even moved some pieces around at my request for no extra charge. That, and the batteries themselves were quite inexpensive. I can't speak on the jewelry of the store, since that isn't what I went for, but otherwise, a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone look for watches or watch batteries.
