I used to come here all the time. Ever since august I have not seen Jenni anymore. She made this place better. I’m not talking about the manager (her name is Jennifer). I met the manager. Jenni was nicer than the manager. Bring her back please. ☹️

It’s unfortunate that this place has poor customer service. Although, the young lady that assisted us was polite and sweet. When she called her manager to let them know we spotter 2 cockroaches in the facility and lost our appetite we were told that it wasn’t in our gelato and that we wouldn’t get a refund. Literally left three servings of gelato ($20.00), barely touched, on their table. Now I understand why there is tape on the gelato glass show casing...
