Been going there for 6 years & absolutely adore Kelly & Sony!
On July 1st I witnessed a very unfriendly employee come out of the back room in what seemed like a verbal attack. You could hear her all over the store and it was because they were just wanting to not put gel on their toes but allow them a few mins for their nails to dry before they left the store. All seemed resolved and then she came back out and continued her rant and told the customers they could leave over something simple. I understand rules under these new guidelines but you can’t expect customers to pay more for less... read more
