Horrible. This place has gone downhill ever since they moved. All the good people are gone and the new people are in over their heads. Plus the management of this place is clueless. Need atleast two hours for an appt which is just insane.
Very disapointed about the management of this facility. Whenever I need a appointment on short notice, because there is an issue, I can't get one. Requests via My Geisinger get answered after 2 days. And then I get the recommendation to go to the ER or Urgent Care. When your are insured by Geisinger, you don't want to pay for that. It looks to me, this is only for retired people or people without a job, who don't have issues. Newsflash, without "customers" no need for that Clinic
Staff is very rude !! You wait for ever with people sick an coughing all over ! I'm usually happy coming here ! I'll never come back
Dr. Andrulonis is great! He finally has my itchy skin under control!
