This place should not be advertised as a lab. There’s one phlebotomist, and after waiting one hour in the waiting room, my labs were never drawn because the phlebotomist did not understand what test was needed and absolutely no one in the office would even attempt to rectify the situation, leaving it on me to figure out how to do their job. As a healthcare professional myself, I was appalled at how I was treated as a patient.
I went there once when I fell at work. I got a nice doctor, he saw I was in pain. He helped my concussion done. But . Monday I decided to go see him again he had pain in his back where I broke mine in an accident at 16 so I thought he'd relate to me know I'm not lying ect. Plus I have a club foot. He said he knew I am in a lot of pain. I have been my whole life. Then he changed. Basically said I'm a drug addict told me to go for walks you'll get better. Then left. I have never felt so low.
