Disappointed in the lack of compassion for patients with a disability. This clinic continues to go downhill. Will be looking for another provider to care for my mother.

RecommendedI've always gotten GREAT care there. One problem, though, that truly needs to be addressed is the checking-in process. It is extremely difficult for those who cannot stand long. If they sit in reception area, they lose their place in line. Considering this is a medical facility, consideration to disabled should be of paramount concern. There’s ALWAYS an issue here. Dr terlingo was the only reason I stayed but she has been booked out so I’m looking for somewhere new!!
I loved my primary care physician and this is why i stayed at this Geisinger clinic location. I'm appalled by the way you are treated. You can't even get an appointment anymore let alone a phone call back. Geisinger has drastically gone down hill. Such ashame!!
This practice has to be the worst run office in the county. The doctors are ok, when you can see them, but good luck getting any consistency in who you see. That's if you can even get an appointment. Then be prepared to wait at least two hours or more to be seen. I've already spent 5 hours in the waiting room and that was with being 30 minutes early. No more.
2 hrs behind for a am appointment ... UNACCEPTABLE , get it fixed or lose a customer paying your paycheck !!!
