Worst hospital I’ve ever taken my father or daughter to. Will definitely never use them again. They don’t listen to the patients. The female ER doctor there right now 5/21/26 at noon is the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. I seriously don’t recommend them.
I visited Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill and had a better experience than I expected. The check-in process was clear, and the employees I spoke with treated me with patience and respect. Hospitals are never a fun place to be, and wait times can happen, but the staff seemed to be working hard and staying professional. I appreciated the care and the calm attitude from the team during my visit.
