I love dr tee and the whole staff no complaints at all they are well organized and efficient and it shows they have intergity in the office all of them I am glad that I switched doctors I am so well pleased that I switched doctors and made a change for my health. Which is better for me. And they actually listen and pay attention I stead of brushing me off. Happy patient ☺️
My husband came in on Friday as trauma post car accident. He had surgery Monday that was approx. 6 and half hours of arm reconstruction. He came back to the 6th floor to a nurse that didn’t have anything ready. When my husband rang saying he was in 10/10 extreme pain, flushed in the face and shaking. She came in gave him Motrin and Tylenol with lots ‘vitamins’ and said that she reached out to the team, but said she would call them ‘right now’ walked out of the room and sat at the desk. I really wish I could give this hospital negative stars! “Dr” Joshua Knapp is very rude, and unprofessional he wouldn’t give me or my husband eye contact, or listen to anything we had to say about my father in law with dementia. The staff wanted nothing to do with us or him, and he never received any type of proper care! He was sent home after an hour with low blood pressure, and was told it was because he stood up!
