The male receptionist is incredibly rude and acts like everyone that comes in is an inconvenience. The doctor is arrogant and seems uncaring. I'll stick with River Valley.
Complete waste of time and energy. Went there for a suspected sinus infection after being sick for 2 weeks, the PA refused to give antibiotics. Said to take OTC meds and seek medical attention if it didn’t get better after 3 days. It didn’t. Went to doctor who prescribed the antibiotics that were needed. This place is a joke.
The receptionist Paul hung up on me just because I asked a question he didn't know..rude!
