From the assistant to the doctor I had today I had a great experience. They were friendly, efficient & personable. I am glad I came here to get the care I needed.
Was just there today 2/26/2026 had a sinus infection for two weeks. And it’s progressively gotten worse. Doctor called me back asked why are you here I explained to him. He looked in my nose and throat for not even a second said I’ll put you on antibiotics. Did not even evaluate me was so unprofessional. Said I’m not gonna die from a sinus infection. This is my first and will be my last visit here. Shame on you Geisinger for forcing patients to this facility because your family practice will not accommodate same day appointments. We signed in online and had a 3 hour wait. We showed up 20 minutes early to our reserved time and an hour later have STILL not been seen. On top of that apparently today was a day that the office decided to test the first alarms and didn’t think to warn any of the patients before a full blast fire alarm went off for 2 minutes.
