Was with Eve before then Kelly. Eve was horrible and liked to talk over me. Kelly has no idea what she’s doing. Withholding ADHD treatment but switching other meds around like roulette.
Had an appointment scheduled with them for my teenager since July or August - they rescheduled us once for two weeks later. Then they called to reschedule the telehealth visit scheduled for tomorrow because the provider needed the evening off. If you want to actually get into to see a professional, I would not recommend.
Absolutely awful practice, poorly responsive to prescription refills, and inconvenient and antiquated scheduling/phone system. Every refill prescription I have placed has been delayed, not by the pharmacy, but by Geiger Psychiatric not responding the to pharmacies refill order or the messages I am leaving requesting a refill. Furthermore the request system is archaic and makes no sense, for some an e-mail must be sent to an extremely long email address, for others it can be requested directly but only by calling a different ... read more
