Geico has not had an office at 506 Broadway in Saratoga Springs fot at least 3 years yet it still shows that address on Google. I have contacted the Albany office at least twice and they have yet to change the Google listing. I work in the store thst occupies that address, and on average, at least 3 times a week people come in and ask where the office is. You’re doing a manor disservice to your customers. Do better Geico and Rick Schrade!

My name is Stephanie Jensen I have been with Geico for approx 15 years . I always autopay my bill. I have been paying for full coverage for @ least 15 years. I received a letter today that they are cancelling my policy because I used the policy I paid for. I am disabled and they doubled my policy. I am not sure why I paid them for over 15 years on time to be pennilized for using the insurance I paid for. Been trying to get them on the phone for 2 days now was on hold for over an hour and a half yesterday but had to go back to work now I've been on hold today for over 4 hours so far today and still waiting on the phone nit sure why this won't let me post to the company itself and not the one in New York that is nit the one I'm calling
