The worst place you could ever use after a car accident, I was in a car accident and customer care. They were nice and really involved in trying to help. However, the field adjusters are the worst, they don't care about you, they don't care about what you got going on. The only thing they care about is a rental car and returning a rental car. I always write reviews to give positive feedback, but this time I had a bad experience with Jeico. On May 29th of this year—2026—recovering my vehicle from a mechanic shop they recommended turned out to be a nightmare. I have been a Jeco customer for five years, and this is the first time something like this has happened.
