If I could give it zero stars, I would. On November 1, 2025, I was involved in an Accident. Which was the guy‘s fault and he and His girlfriend had Geico insurance. What a joke.. The guy never called her insurance. I called started a claim, and I had to wait for the police report to be done. I have to buy the police report and send it to them. Now they areplaying around With my medical. And my son, one year old was in the car with me. Dis insurance company should go out of business. They suck.
This company has zero customer service. They make it virtually impossible to speak to a real person! THEY DONT CARE! I needed a simple question answered and took me 20 minutes to actually get someone on the phone. I have been with them for 9 years and my premium goes up every year. This year I bought a new vehicle and my premium went up $500 for 6 months!!! I called and competitor (higher rated competitir) got lower deductibles and they were $500 less than Geico for 6 months.
