Called, left a message and waited. Absolutely zero contact was made. Left detailed message and stated my number twice. Probably shows how bad the service is. Why even have an office if nobody calls back?

If I could give it zero stars, I would. On November 1, 2025, I was involved in an Accident. Which was the guy‘s fault and he and His girlfriend had Geico insurance. What a joke.. The guy never called her insurance. I called started a claim, and I had to wait for the police report to be done. I have to buy the police report and send it to them. Now they areplaying around With my medical. And my son, one year old was in the car with me. Dis insurance company should go out of business. They suck.
