Great commercials but the CS and paying claims suck. Of course, my review will get a cookie cutter copy and paste response from Geico. Avoid Geico
Geigo customer service is horrible. I've been trying to get a human on the phone for two days to report fraud on my account and could not. Put on hold for hours and hours. My fraud issue is still unresolved. I then called Progressive and got a human immediately. I now have Progressive insurance.
I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding a recent interaction I had with a representative when attempting to transition my insurance policy from Texas to Oklahoma. Upon contacting your office, I was informed by the representative that updating my address alone would suffice.
