Geigo customer service is horrible. I've been trying to get a human on the phone for two days to report fraud on my account and could not. Put on hold for hours and hours. My fraud issue is still unresolved. I then called Progressive and got a human immediately. I now have Progressive insurance.

This is one of the worst insurance companies I have dealt with!!! I currently have a claim with them because one of their people hit me. It’s been over 30 days my claims adjuster Amy Fox is worthless. I have requested to speak to her supervisor. No one has called me back yet. They have me driving around for a month in a car that is not drivable. Please don’t waste your time paying for their insurance because they do not like to pay out!!!!!
