This is one of the worst insurance companies I have dealt with!!! I currently have a claim with them because one of their people hit me. It’s been over 30 days my claims adjuster Amy Fox is worthless. I have requested to speak to her supervisor. No one has called me back yet. They have me driving around for a month in a car that is not drivable. Please don’t waste your time paying for their insurance because they do not like to pay out!!!!!
I've been insuring with them for over 3 years and I'm glad I made the change to Geico I called this office when I moved to the area to update my home address and DL, and they were very helpful. Update I ended up cancelling and decided to come back because I was unhappy with what I was paying on the other company I tried out. Reinstating my policy was so easy. I didn't need to talk to anyone or start from scratch.
