Geico adjusters are lazy and never conduct a proper investigation, quickly deciding in their own favor/benefits. Such a greedy company. My family and I are loyal customers for years, and seeing my friend get an unfair adjustment is deeply disappointing. I’ll be switching to another insurer and warning everyone I know to stay away from Geico. They’ll blame everything on you just to recover money when the at-fault driver is uninsured. Geico is awful, I’ve had this insurance for 10+ years and every year it just goes up. Loyal customer with no accidents and it just went up every year. I finally left. They took forever to answer the phone, they were rotten scam artists when you did get through. Policy was canceled and they still wanted to charge me a separate and unjustified $86 after that.
