Just a terrible experience all around. The flooring installer doesn’t know how to use a jig saw to save his life. Nichole has to be the worst face of the business I’ve ever seen. She’ll lie you and say everything will be handled or the crew will be back out asap, when in reality they shorted me out of extra flooring that was paid for (never received that.)The flooring crew would come for a day or two then leave for at least a week without coming back. This Company is the worst that I’ve ever Experienced!!! They never call you or text or email you back. When you need something repaired, They Do NOT CARE! I Would Never Recommend this Company!!! Horrible Experience!!!
