The doctor and staff were extremely professional. The doctor was very thorough, took lots of time with me, answered all my questions, and gave me a very detailed summary of his findings.
The bed side manner these days are appalling I felt like I was at the fast food line at Del Taco, if you think these PPO Premiums deserve such attitudes well that's definitely another conversation to have. A smile and being courteous goes a long way in any business I sure didn't receive that here at this visit. I hope UCI Health the Leader in the area per advertisements are doing random visits and reconciling these practices to assure proper care and handling is being provided. Thank you.
