{staff name removed} was amazing. There was a caregiver out in the lobby who was loud and obnoxious. {staff name removed} overheard the person, and on her own, moved them into an appointment room so the rest of us waiting could have a bit of peace.
Staff was polite and kept me informed of when I would see the doctor as he was running late. Dr Gehret answered all my questions. Very pleasant experience
