Was a patient for years. My concerns weren’t taken seriously and I had to advocate for myself eventually.Turns out the problem was way worse and I required surgery down the line. Beware.
I was very disappointed with my experience, especially because of the high cost of the visit. The bills were much more expensive than I expected, and I did not feel that the costs were clearly explained to me beforehand. On top of the financial burden, the examination was painful, and I did not feel that I was treated with the care and compassion I expected, especially since I was already feeling sick. Staff does not answer the phone when you call or leave voicemails to book appointments. I’m already � preexisting patient and it’s like impossible to get through to the JC location. Professionalism of the staff is questionable - was given a diagnoses without further explanation. I Always show up on time for appointments and sometimes they either don’t have you on schedule or accommodate people on site as walk ins which pushes everything back.
