Was this provider's office too cold? Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
Scheduled new patient check ups/cleanings for my children and was told during scheduling that both of our dental insurances were accepted. They were booked out several months so we had to wait a good while to get in. Right before the appts, a staff member contacted me and told me that neither of our major insurances were accepted and that I would have to pay up front for the visits and wait to be reimbursed by insurance.
