There is very little personal interaction with people. The questions asked with the "online check in" are an abomination. A patient in need of help won't respond to these questions! Shame on Premier. My blood pressure was high, staff was going to check it again, oops they forgot, but I can still draw 3:30 on my paper clock. Tests were going to be ordered for me, but that doesn't show on my chart
