New check in process is terrible. Only one computer to check in & receptionists there but do not do any check in.
After realizing my primary care physician scheduling calendar is booked through March 2025, I was very pleased to be able to schedule an immediate appointment with this provider. Always great to have a back up.
I'm so grateful to Dr. Geetha Ambalavanan. When I need help, she has always seen me immediately.
Dr. Geetha is a quality physician and possesses the requisite skills. She's patient, listens and above all provides sound recommendations, referrals and ponted guidance. I'm a disabled veteran with options, that said, without question she's the reason I'm at Preimer Health for my medical care.
I had an appointment with Dr.Geetha at 8:45. I came to hospital and checked in at 8:30. The provider office did not call me inside even after 9:00 am. In the meantime I checked with receptionist to confirm if I was checked in, but her answer was it's only 15 minutes late you have to wait which was rude to me. Finally they called me at 9:05 am and took the vitals and I waited again for 15 mins for doctor to come in. So my appointment was 8:45 but I could able to see the doctor only at 9:20 to 9:30 ish.

Dr. Geetha is quiet, gentle and gracious. She was respectful of my desire to decline certain preventative testing, though she did try to understand why and persuade me to take advantage of them. I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness.
