For the most part the workmanship is good HOWEVER, the estimation time is way way off and the actual customer service is really poor. The girl/lady at the front desk is very rude. I took a Jeep Wrangler there and everything was wonderful. When we hit ice in our New Honda CRV we went there. The repair was fine but the time and dollar estimate changed several times. RecommendedGeer Brothers did a 10 out of 10 job on my Jeep that was rear ended. Looks great!!!! I dropped my car off after a camping trip and got it back cleaner than when I left it in their care. They even cleaned the inside and put all my belongings in a box 👏👏. Very professional, friendly staff. Also, the whole process was hassle free! I highly recommend.
Hell no. 4th Ave shop nearly ruined my car. Paint over spray throughout the interior on the windows and areas of the car that were not repaired. Trim unsecured. Poor, poor work.
If you have a car they want or think they can make a profit off of they will “recommend it be totaled” so they can get it at auction. So sad too because they do good work. Was repeatedly lied to trying to convince me to total my car. I ended up having it fixed somewhere else. From “possible” firewall damage but not confirmed (because it wasn’t even possible with the little damage done), to couldn’t get a part, which I found in 2 seconds on a GM site once I got a part number, and then they said it exceeded cost threshold but ... read more
I just picked up my car. My car looks brand new. I’ve never had a body shop detail my car after fixing the damage. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
The 4th Ave location refused to return my fathers car to him without him paying the deductible! The damage on his car was from an accident that was NOT his fault. He had an insurance name, claim number, agent, phone number, etc...and they still forced him to pay the deductible!!! INFURIATING! I will never recommend this establishment to a single person!! Rude, disorganized, infuriating, unprofessional establishment.
Brent and his staff at the alt. 10 location did a great job repairing my car. The paint and bodywork are flawless!! The entire process from estimate to picking up my finished car was a breeze and Scott was great about keeping me informed about my car during the process. If I need future repairs I will for sure be a repeat customer here.
We recently chose Geer Brothers to handle the repair work on our vehicle. We couldn’t be happier. Great folks. Great service. And the car was finished before it was promised. Give them a call.
