called about a BMW recall issue and the staff, Damien had no knowledge of BMW recall and kept on asking what recall this is for. I told him if he doesn't know, please transfer me to the correct people that does such as the reception, I asked 3-4 times, but he refused and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the reception and provided the information and my details to lodge a complaint to the manager, however after now 2 days I have not received a call from them. One of the worst after sales (and in hindsight presales) experience. Considering we went for prestige vehicle experience (formerly, and now regretfully BMW) we thought the process would be great and rewarding. However, after purchasing the 2025 Q4 Sportsback EV, it was never mentioned this vehicle does not have APP connectivity. When attempting to connect at signing the sales agent said “it s a poor app” which did surprise me, though all we wanted was functionality to see the battery level when not in the vehicle.
