Dru is very knowledgeable in IT and all devices including windows, and MAC (my issue) seamlessly helped me through understanding my device(s). I believe its important to help customers but he has the passion to help you understand how the computer/phone/tablet functions. I highly recommend going to him for help with any/all devices.

Dru saved us! I had a Network Attached Server (NAS) crash and ALL our data was inaccessible. All our photos, financial stuff, medical stuff, everything seemed lost. Drew got it out.
