We recently had our condo flooded by a broken pipe in the unit above. The cleanup started in the middle of the night but all went well and there was no sign of mold growth a week after they finished. We had them go ahead with the restoration of ceiling, carpet and other floor covering. We were very satisfied with their interaction with the insurance company and their work.

Your team was here last Thursday doing all the hallways and carpeted stairways & common areas in our Lynden area complex. Jim did an awesome job. Was professional, congenial and very efficient. Early this afternoon, Josh arrived and did the traffic areas for many of us in our apartments. Again, another outstanding, excellent job for me and for my good friends nearby & down the hall. Unfortunately, Our condo at Birch Bay was flooded when a hose in the unit above broke and no one noticed for 3 days. It was discovered in the evening and the crew came and worked all night removing water, lifting carpets, drilling holes in the wall to let the water drain, and installing drying units. All went well and no mold appeared. We had them handle the restoration. I was very pleased with the way they worked with the insurance company. The work is now done and we are very pleased. I highly recommend them.
