Recently, our vacant condo was heavily flooded when a pipe ruptured in the unit above. Northwest was called by the management and worked all night to remove water, lift carpets and all the other things that have to be done to start the drying process.The unit looked and smelled reasonable when we looked at it some time later. We were so impressed with their work to that point that we had them go ahead with the restoration. They worked well with our insurance adjustor and got us better coverage than initially offered.
