I called geeks on the go about mid-day. I explained the issue with our computer. I was given 3 possible problems immediately and given a service quote. Being very busy, I was unable to drop the computer by that day. So they actually came and picked it up about 9am the next morning, fixed it and drove it back to me the same day. I was NOT charged any rush fee's. I was NOT charged a door-to-door service fee. They were extremely nice and very accommodating. I WILL definitely use this company for all our computer repair needs.
