Well, ya probably didn't want to send me the email asking for my review, but ya did so here it is. I was not happy, at all with your "service". I had called because we (the business and my employer) had a mess of wires that couldn't be figured out. We had 4 PC's, 2 scanners, 3 printers, an alarm system w/ 6 cameras and a 2 line telephone system, all with cords running into the office space. It was a nightmare. I was locked out of my computer with the message "BITLOCKER RECOVERY...Enter the Recovery Key". I had no idea what this was. I took the computer to Geeks On Site at our local Best Buy. I worked with a gentleman named Noah who was very helpful and very talented. I learned that Bitlocker was an advanced security system that Microsoft has installed. You've GOT to be kidding! These people made a fraudulent charge to my credit card. Then when that charge was declined, they attempted a second fraudulent charge to the same card. Then when I called to complain, they argued it was only a "reserve" to the card. Then, they tried to tell me how great their service would be for me and my equipment. I did not ask for any service from this company, nor did I authorize any charges to any credit cards! The fact that they are now seeking a positive review from me is indicative of how ... read more
i definitely do not recommend this company. Made appointment, paid in advance, technician never showed, they couldnt find me another appointment, took weeks to get refunded. nightmare company to deal with. never again!
