Horrible customer service. Made a purchase, was directed to wait for tech, waited 30mins to be scolded at for not having an appointment. Wouldn't make appointment, told me to call. Called following morning, told to leave message. NO RESPONSE. MULTIPLE CALLS LATER, NOW 5DAYS LATER and was disconnected AGAIN. Horrible customer service.

I drove from New Haven, and there was no parking. So inconvenient. The parking in the back is not their parking. At this office, you have to park at your own risk.
