Take your computer elsewhere, genuinely. It’s been almost a month and a half of chasing, trying to figure out what’s going on with my computer, and eventually they came back with the report that they could not find the parts to fix my computer. This is a modern Lenovo Thinkpad that is generally mass produced, so I’m unsure as to why they are unable to source parts.
