I had an appliance set up for delivery, and they broke it while installing it, which happens. However, I couldn't reschedule until 2 weeks later and waited all day on delivery day after multiple email and text confirmations. At the end of my delivery window, when refreshing my delivery tracking, it appeared to have been cancelled without any reasoning or phone call. Should make it very clear that you do not offer services to people that didn’t buy from you. Total waste of time.
