We bought a brand new IMac desktop computer over 18 Days ago and paid for the $179.99 for Best Buy Total membership- our account has been messed up since day one and after multiple contacts to Geek Squad support, each time being assured the problem has been fixed and to wait a few days, it is still incorrect. i spoke with a female associate named ROSE while trying to set up a geek squad appointment. this was my worst interaction with anyone from BEST BUY or geek squad. her dialect made it nearly impossible to understand any word she said. i requested a supervisor several times before i got help. she did not want to let me speak to a supervisor. terrible, terrible. she does not need to be speaking to the customers. billie j. tribble i

Huge shout out to Brian! I brought my phone in needing the screen replaced. It was covered under Apple care and was replaced free of charge in a timely manor which was very important to me!
