Very useless service. Brought a laptop that I purchased from the location less than a year ago because some of the keys were not working consistently. They had it for four weeks and when I got it back and asked what they had done to fix it they said that they updated windows. Did not even look at the keyboard. The problem still persists and makes typing much harder when you have to press the C key 20-40 times before it works.
Simple fix of putting a couple keys back on the keyboard. Guy greets me with no enthusiam, show him the two keys, he proceeded to look at them for a minute then asked another guy. Basically got told they don't work with those kinds of keyboards. They told me to superglue the keys back on. Needless to say I won't be back.
