Complete disorganized mess. This review is about Best Buy/Geek Squad's process for handling repairs across the company, not just this specific location. I called and made an appointment for an iPhone screen repair. I showed up on time, and they told me they did not have that specific iPhone screen in stock. They then made me an appointment for the Best Buy on Capital Blvd. in Raleigh. Went to this location to get my charging port cleaned due to dust getting into and they destroyed my iPhone 15!! I went to Apple Store to get it looked at after my appointment with geek squad and they told me whoever cleaned your phone out broke the prongs for the charging port smh so they had to replace the entire phone for me!! Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your phone to these guys.
Ok, customer service hard to get someone on the phone.
