They sent me to manufacturer warranty. Garbage.
Got in for a “certified apple” iPhone repair of back glass. Showed up 10 minutes early to my appt, they were very friendly but they looked at my back glass and claimed the camera was damaged (it was definitely just back glass). I was skeptical at this point but then he had my sign a waiver to take my phone in the back for a tech to look at it. He comes back and says they don’t have back glass but that they could order it and that I would have to leave my phone there for days until the glass arrived. I only went to geek squad... read more
