Purchased an 85” Sony TV which I had to help install. I was then advised that I would need to replace the DVD player, the surround sound system, the Direct TV modem and purchase a woofer. When I complained that none of the remotes were networking I was conned into buying a six hundred dollar Logitech controller that would eliminate the need for the three controllers for the individual units. Now I have four controllers to struggle with to watch what I want. Expensive service for little return.

Around December or November of 2024, I had brought my laptop in to get diagnostics run and they gave us a deal on a 1tb ssd to add to my laptop. When I had recieved it back they had stripped 3 screws and lost 2 on the bottom of my gaming laptop. These idiots that claim they work in “IT” are not actual IT professionals and I believe I have more experience than they do. Worst service ever waited for one hour bought my iPad here with AppleCare and after one hour, they told me they’re having connection issues with Apple. What kind of excuses this I had made an appointment online and been waiting to come here. Should have bought my iPad with Apple Best Buy’s getting worse as the year go by

Worst experience ever! I purchased installation service with the geek squad . They did survey service and told me everything I needed, then I got it and they send a 3rd party company who was horrible. Did not know anything about the product

The geek squater refused to fix an iPhone because she knows more than Apple care apparently. Had to call Apple and book an appointment at the valley Plaza. If you have apple care and scratches on your phone don't bring it here because they will refuse to fix it. You'll have to crack your screen completely before they fix it. Just make sure you don't do it in front of them because they'll still refuse.
