Be prepared to be disappointed with their tech, service, they are the worst company. They cancelled my appointment three times and they poorly communicate.
Hurried to get there for my appointment. After waiting 25 minutes, I aske dhow much longer it would be and was told 10 more minutes. It's like a doctors office. They do not care either as the services are all part of an annual plan or warranty work. They would not make it on their own because they suck. They will have business whether they do a good job or not. I left after she told me that and she did not care one bit. Not going back. This is the Novi MI Best But store and they don't care about this review either.
Everyone at the Novi location has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not afraid to take extra time to make sure all questions are addressed. Thoroughly happy with our experience here!
Beware of the Novi Geek Squad and specifically beware of Rodrico Ferrari. I attempted to have a dashcam installed at this location. I had waited over two months for an installation appointment. I took the first appointment of the year, right after the holiday weekend. I got a call from their technician, that I would need to leave the vehicle with them overnight 'so any snow would melt off before they work on the vehicle.'
