Geek Squad Alternative – At one point or another we all need computer repair help and I am no different. I found myself in need at the worst possible moment. In the middle night, when everything is closed and the night before a report is due. I called Geek Squad online support for help and was charged for the $199 virus removal service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING GEEK SQUAD – I scheduled Geek Squad to come to my home to install my television, dvd player, etc. It was scheduled for Fridayk, between 1 and 4. At 4:30 I called and was informed that they could not get hold of th installer and they would let me know as soon as they heard from him. I was on the phone that time for over 15 minutes.
