Recently on October 1 had a scanning issue with an HP Laser Jet Printer MFP M232. Session CAS-21174441-S3D153. Agent Prodipto was great to work with! It was great that the Agent was able to access my Computer Online!
Great place to get tech help and help with computers.
Just slow service. I had an appointment. It’s now 30 minutes past, and I haven’t been seen. It ended up being 50 minutes before I was helped. Once I was helped it only took a few minutes.
