Just slow service. I had an appointment. It’s now 30 minutes past, and I haven’t been seen. It ended up being 50 minutes before I was helped. Once I was helped it only took a few minutes.

Do NOT bring your iPhone here. They could not run diagnostics in mine for a bit. Then they managed that and said they had the parts. Then they could not create the paperwork for me to sign. This all took over an hour so they said that I should leave the phone with them while they were waiting on the phone with Apple.
