Lazy and not very unknowable ,don’t even bother
Every Employee was very friendly and helpful. The GM went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate it!
Word of advice for all the people who wants to get their phones fixed: not every repair store has all the tools they need nor do they want to fix something that's older. With the Geek Squad, they're more focused on fixing modern models of phones, and for iPhones, it 13 and up. Has some nice people working there, but it's still a real disappointment.
The spe ialist was more than helpful in answering my questions and advising me on what the best options were for upgrading my RAM. Glad I scheduled the appointment
