Told me they couldn’t fix my laptop after waiting two hours because they didn’t know the brand, even though I told them the brand three times.
I was recommended to do a $100 diagnostics check to figure out the issue of my computer, and it wasn’t until after I was charged and waited 2 days was I informed that they won’t even do hardware repairs for Microsoft! So the $100 was literally for nothing! Why recommend a $100 diagnostics check when you know you can’t do anything?
Absolute joke!!!
Y’all lied and said my phone wouldn’t be fixed and ended up costing me $123 instead of my $19.99. Y’all are liars and I eill NEVER do business there again
