Review from Apr 2023 experience for a backup camera installation. The auto tech (a young female in her 20s) wasn't listening at all and ended up with a shoddy job on my car. As it turned out that I paid for the job that's unfinished and service rescheduled. These people are straight up incompetent. They gave my phone away to someone else. Be careful
Told me they couldn’t fix my laptop after waiting two hours because they didn’t know the brand, even though I told them the brand three times.
I was recommended to do a $100 diagnostics check to figure out the issue of my computer, and it wasn’t until after I was charged and waited 2 days was I informed that they won’t even do hardware repairs for Microsoft! So the $100 was literally for nothing! Why recommend a $100 diagnostics check when you know you can’t do anything?
