The guys at Geek Easy are efficient and knowledgeable. We had a time-sensitive issue and they were able to get our computer back into our hands in time for us to make our deadline. A few days later, we had similar issues and the tech person was able to take control of our machine remotely to help resolve the problem from our home, as well as determine that we probably needed a simple fix (like a new USB cable). Thanks so much for your understanding of those of us who are technologically challenged!
Extremely knowledgable, helpful, and fast and at a very fair price. This is the best service I have found in the Kalamazoo area.
I've taken my computer in twice now with some issues that had me worried I may need to get an entirely new one, and both times Geek Easy has been able to pinpoint and resolve the issues quickly. They always updated me before doing anything to my computer, and were always happy to answer any questions I had regarding when it would be ready for pick up. Absolutely reccomend them.
I was in and out in no time because of the very helpful staff. Answered all my questions effortlessly. Will definitely be returning if I have any computer issues or needs.
Geek Easy saved me! I had left my power cord at our place up north, and with one message to Silvano at Geek Easy, my world was better. Not to overstate, but Geek Easy is a life-saver. Not only do they have what you need, they can also fix myriad computer issues! I've recommended them to several friends who reported huge relief to their computer woes and needs.
