Its been over a year that I am an avid costumer of Geek3. I wanted to give them an excellent rating on Google but for some reason I cannot post a review in Japan. I flew in a few weeks and had my hard-drive replaced & a burner installed in another laptop. Highly recommend them without reservation. I will use them again if the need arises. Erik was extremely professional as were all my interactions with the rest of the clan.

When I tripped over my laptop cord last week and shattered my LCD screen the first thing I did is call Geek3. They calmed me down, helped me find the part I needed and had my computer back in tiptop shape in no time. I would recommend this company above all others not just for the excellent service, but also because Erik is very upfront about how much time it will take and the limits of his amazing technological abilities.

I promised the guys over Geeks to leave a positive review here for a job well done. The guys fixed my laptop in less then one hour, and I was very satisfied with the service. Hope my computer wont break down again soon, but if it will, I will come back and fix it there. Thanks!

Geek3 is sooo awesome!!! We use them for all of our computer and IT needs. They are very helpful when needed and even gives us over-the-phone advice when possible. They have built several computers for us from scratch and they all work great. Geek3 in-house service is really the best!!!

Erik at Geek3 saved my grandmother from a wireless router nightmare in just 15 minutes. Thanks Erik for all your patience over the phone and for understanding the importance of getting this done right, by problem solving from every angle. Grandma is up and running and video chatting away with her grandson on his birthday. Geek3 is ultimate!

These folks are the best.I have had trouble with a couple of laptops which they have dealt with efficiently, with good humor. They are just professionals -- malfunctioning computer equipment; malicious software; and corporate rip-offs offend them, and they have a desire to set things right that comes before their business motivations. Friendly, off-beat, Geek3 is awesome.

I am seriously the dumbest computer person in the world..my computer was f#\$cked so i brought it in the Geek3 pepz. They were really nice, tried to talk in dumb person computer lingo and my computer is fixed and running swell. And...it is very affordable, very much affordable....well worth it. Thanks!
