This is my second time purchasing from Ged's. First was flooring and now tile for a backsplash. Brett in the tile store was great to work with and helped me make the right decision on tiles. I will surely be visiting Ged's again. Thanks guys.
This was my first encounter with this company. I had a great experience with GED's. When I walked into GED's in Arlington, Gerry Campanozzi Jr immediately approached and introduced himself. Upon identifying the type of flooring I was interested, he stated that the store had it in limited quantities. I had looked all over the metroplex for this flooring since I had previously put the flooring (Williamsburg Sunrise Walnut) down in my foyer and family room a couple of years ago. Definitely a five star experience! Good selection, good prices and you couldn't ask for a more knowledable flloor guy than Marty. Marty was extremely helpful, listened well and made the process of picking out a wood floor pleasant and successful!!
Former Loyal Customer--We have been using Ged's for multiple types of flooring. However our last experience did not go as well as expected. We bought vinyl trying to match the laminate we purchased from Ged's, however once we got it home it did not match well at all. We just wanted to exchange it for something that matched closer or perhaps tile--but they were not willing to work with us at all. So much for Loyalty! We are stuck with flooring that we don't want or need.
Awesome customer service! I needed one specific piece of tile - Brett and Tony made 1 phone call for me and left the store to go pick it up for me. Huge selection!
Marty was more than willing to help us with the best customer care! I could not believe how much they beat all our other quotes and services. Thank you Marty and thank you GEDS!!
