Rude, unproffesional Worse so called professionals I've ever dealt with in my 50 years of owning houses. Overpriced capacitor (75.00) I could have purchased in an electronic shop for $15.00. Worker ( I am not going to called him technician ) forgot to connect one wire and when I talked it over with the office they refused to look into the problem unless I paid them another $70 bucks for house call. None Better or Faster Thursday morning I called several businesses because my air conditioner had quit. None could make it before Friday afternoon or Saturday. Finally got in touch with Gecko. They were going to be here before noon Friday. A few minutes later I got a call, they wanted to come out now. That was right before 3:00. It is now 4:14 and they are gone and my house is cooling nicely. Even not knowing what kind of unit I had, they had a motor to replace the bad one. #1 top on my list!
The Best!!! My A/C broke down in the middle of the night. I have a long haired dog that I was worried about as I sat floor fans all about., and tried to sleep. The next day I called Gecko and they came to my home with in an hour. The repairman Renee and his son were very professional and informative. Renee gave me some valuable safety info about my breaker box, his son cleansed the A/C unit after it had been fixed showing me some maintence I can do to keep the unit healthy. Couldn't be happier Last night our AC gave up. A friend recommended Gecko. I called this morning, and within an hour my AC was fixed and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Very happy with the promptness and quality of the service, and the pricing is reasonable.
