Terrible fucking place to live im leaving multiple reviews cuz fuck these people ….non of there plumbing works they don’t take care of there basement so it leaves a stinch throughout the apartments that ends up sticking to your clothes …..all the shit they won’t fix then they bother to ask for rent on time ,when they shouldn’t get shit at all for these duty ass apartments ,pine view crossing on Saginaw is what I’m referring to
The management fucking sucks ,they don’t care ….Don’t move ,even for the price …..there’s tones of spiders and flies all the time …..the fridges lick …the toilets don’t flush 90% of the time ….the tub don’t drain so your tub is constantly full of dirty water ,and when it does drain it’ leave all the dirt in the tub ..the sink don’t drain either …stayed here for 2 years because that was the lease and I regretted every moment …trash place to rent from ….
Was approved. Well the lease didn't seem right so when I questioned it and asked for something air tight to protect my family as well as them,all of a sudden we were denied. I have the emails to prove otherwise.
