Besides my wonderful experience with Dr. Gebauer and his staff; what stood out was the long wait. I live about 30 miles away and it took an hour to arrive on time for my appointment but then I waited an additional 45 minutes before my 5 min follow up visit with Doctor Gebauer.This is what happens for every visit. It seems that something should be done with scheduling.
Doc was very informative. He went over everything,from looking at mri to all the options available to me
Staff were very polite and professional and friendly. Appt was on time and no waiting. Everyone was very helpful. Dr was pleased with results and forth coming with what to expect and when.
Had to have back injection.
Very informative teaching me about my procedure weighing the discussion about positive and negative results of a major surgery
The doctor was excellent and the staff was very professional I highly recommend
Dr was clear on possible treatments and answered all my questions
Wait time was 1 hour compared to the actual time with the doctor, less than 10 minutes.
The doctor made me feel very relaxed, and I loved how he explained everything at my exam
