De Gebauer was very professional and personable. He described and explained everything that was going on and was prompt to offer solutions
Very thorough and explained what was my issues and my options for treatment. I’ve tried most and opted for surgery.
Dr. Gebauer is as always very cordial, willing to listen to my problem and provide a resolve. In addition, his staff is as well cordial, provided the needed and always have a welcome smile on their face.
The Usual
The staff is friendly and Dr Gebauer has always taken as much time as needed to answer question and explain things thoroughly. He never makes you feel rushed.
Feel the facility overbooked the appointments. We were about hour and a half waiting with no apologies or explanations. If we had jobs to go back to, we would have cancelled the appointment. Wehave to be on time for our appointments or call ahead. Office could have let their patients know they were way behind and to rescheduled appointment if patient agrees.
Dr. Gebauer explained MRI images, and options for treatment. Surgery was last on his list. Suggested least evasive first. Day one after treatment already feeling much better.
Dr. Gebauer is caring and listens to your symptoms and concerns. He is takes time to explain options and gives you choices.
