My visit was quick, efficient and thorough. The patient portal was easy to set up and navigate. The office experience was great and everyone was friendly patient and knowledgeable.
Great visit! Dr. Gebauer was 'pinch hitting' for Dr. Ng but was both professional andpersonable. The perfect 'pinch hitter' for DR. Ng.
Dr. Gabauer is Caring & Very knowledgeable. He explained in detail what is going on in my back & Hip. And treated me right away
Walked into a packed office and had to wait 90 minutes in a plastic lawn chair, not the best thing when going to see a spine doctor for terrible back and leg pain. Could have been a slightly better experience if the nurse or better yet, the doctor apologized for the long wait time. The exam felt rushed and I left with no explanation to my pain. Although I had a wait to see the doctor, it was less than is the usual. Dr. Gebauer treated me himself and for a minor infection that developed after surgery. He was attentive and willing to answer questions.
He was very kind and answered all my questions.
Dr. Gebauer came in not saying one word to me. No greeting, nothing. Started talking to his assistant about the song playing on the radio and the movie that goes with it. Meanwhile I'm in pain laying on the table. Doesn't prep me mentally for what he's doing or anything. Very poor bedside manners. Even after the procedure he was very cold.
Entire staff was very talented and very polite
