After having a very sketchy and uncomfortable situation with another roofing company.. Tommy from geaux roofing stepped in and saved the day! He immediately helped us, offered great advice and made sure we loved our new roof!! His team was great! Finished our roof in a matter of TWO days and was not an inconvenience at all. Why in the world would a company want to charge someone $250 just to change a name on the warranty!?!? It’s just a matter of deleting one name and entering the other and takes less than 10 seconds. I could see a little charge of $25 but $250 is robbery and taking advantage of someone. Anyone looking at buying a house needs to check and see if this company is the one the roof warranty is under. BEST customer service!!! When I was stomaching having to pay out of pocket 100% of $13k, our rep came out to inspect and quote same day, found wind damage, insisted on coming back to meet with our insurance agent, got my roof paid for 100% and less than 12 hours later, had my roof being stripped and replaced!!!! 10 stars!!! Who wouldn’t be thrilled with saving $13k and having it all done in less than 24 hours?!?!? Keep up the great job! Thank you!!
